There are many hotels within a mile of the venue, but we have secured blocks of discounted rooms at a couple nearby hotels.

We have blocked off a total of 15 rooms for Friday, 6/12/26 (five Queens with two beds and 10 Kings) and 20 rooms for Saturday, 6/13/26 (five Queens with two beds and 15 Kings).

Transportation
Subway, taxi, and rideshare services are readily available near the venue and surrounding hotels. Guests arriving by train can easily reach the area via a short Uber, Lyft, or cab ride, a 15-minute walk, or a quick subway ride from Grand Central.
If you’re traveling from out of state and would prefer to avoid driving into Manhattan, please feel free to reach out — we’re happy to recommend parking locations along the Metro-North line in Connecticut.
For those who do plan to drive, there are several parking garages near the venue, and apps like SpotHero are helpful for finding nearby options.
